Senior Designer - Gatorade
Overview We’re looking for a talented, self-motivated designer to join our tight-knit Gatorade design team. This mid-level role focuses on product and packaging design for consumer packaged goods (CPG), with work spanning concept through execution. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates and partners across a large, fast-moving organization, so strong business acumen and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset are key. Responsibilities Develop compelling product and pack designs for one of the world’s most iconic brands Bring fresh thinking to type, layout, and visual storytelling Create polished decks and presentations that communicate ideas clearly Manage multiple projects and rounds of feedback while staying organized and adaptable Navigate cross-functional meetings and build strong relationships with partners Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $140,650. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications 3–5 years of design experience in CPG, branding, or agency/in-house environments Strong eye for typography, composition, and design systems Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries Excellent presentation and deck-building skills Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with a positive attitude A collaborative spirit and self-starter mindset Bonus: 2D Animation/Motion skills to elevate creative output Bonus: Experience in the sports and athletics industry.
