To design, direct, coordinate, and produce visual materials for Mayo Foundation and Mayo affiliates in a variety of mediums, including: digital and social assets, web design, electronic presentations, and multimedia products as well as printed work such as books, magazines, brochures, event displays, and posters. The Senior Designer AI Production is an integral team member who, in addition to their normal production activities, provides design direction, prepares files for printing, image manipulation, and creates workflows for optimization. The Senior Designer AI Production is commonly known as a high-level performer both in volume and level of excellence of work within the unit. The Senior Designer AI Production possesses the highest level of technical and creative skills and is known within the unit as a go-to resource for other designers. The Senior Designer AI Production is an information resource for supervisors and management, keeping them abreast of latest technologies, techniques, and trends. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.** **Qualifications** Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: + 3-5 years of relevant experience in design, advertising, or a related industry. + Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and project management software (Workfront, Airtable, Asana etc., Workfront preferred) Additional Experience and/or Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Advertising, design or design/UX concentration preferred. + Agency or in-house agency experience is strongly preferred. + An established portfolio of elevated design concepts demonstrating expertise in a range of creative mediums and large integrated campaigns. + Previous experience in digital, video, rich media, UX/UI, motion, photography art direction, and emerging media. + AI and automation workflow experience preferred + In addition to Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft and Figma experience preferred Must have expertise in design thinking and systems and refined typography, be able to adapt and execute consistently elevated design, and be highly skilled in design problem solving. Should be comfortable working within established brand guidelines while continuing to find new and interesting ways to express the brand within those guidelines.
