Where is the work:

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer with over two years of professional experience to lead and execute high-quality mechanical designs for airside HVAC products. This role is primarily focused on hands-on design execution and active participation in key product development projects. The ideal candidate will possess expert proficiency in Creo/ProE for complex modeling and have a strong track record of managing design data via PLM systems. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, and prior experience in a full English-speaking MNC environment is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Take ownership of mechanical design tasks from concept to production, including conceptualization, technical selection, and the creation of detailed 2D drawings and BOMs.

Independently develop and optimize complex 3D product models and assemblies using Creo or Pro/ENGINEER (ProE), ensuring design integrity and manufacturability.

Act as a core member in various product development and iteration projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and solve technical challenges.

Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to manage design releases, engineering changes (ECO/ECN), and document control throughout the product lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement in product cost, reliability, and energy efficiency through innovative design solutions and tolerance analysis.

Guide prototype development and interpret testing feedback to refine design solutions rapidly.

Communicate effectively in English with global and local teams to align on project goals, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related major.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in mechanical design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project participation.

Software Proficiency:

Expert level usage of Creo or Pro/ENGINEER (ProE) is mandatory.

Proven hands-on experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar) for workflow and data management.

Language Skills:

Professional proficiency in English reading and writing for technical documentation.

Clear and fluent spoken English is required for daily meetings, presentations, and collaboration.

Work Background: Prior experience in a Multinational Corporation (MNC) with a full English-operating environment is strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of mechanical principles, GD&T, manufacturing processes, and HVAC industry standards is a plus.
