Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer - Water to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex water infrastructure projects, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients in the region.

Develop and oversee the design of water treatment, distribution, and wastewater systems for large-scale projectsConduct hydraulic modeling and analysis to optimize system performance and efficiencyManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agenciesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineersEnsure compliance with local and international water regulations and standardsPrepare detailed engineering reports, technical specifications, and cost estimatesParticipate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutionsStay updated on the latest advancements in water engineering technologies and sustainable practices

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferredProfessional Engineering (PE) license or equivalentMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in water engineering design, with a proven track record of successful projectsAdvanced knowledge of water engineering principles and practices, including water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater managementProficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and hydraulic modeling softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailExcellent project management abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and clientsKnowledge of local water regulations and standards in the UAEExperience in sustainable water resource managementAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
