In the role of SeniorDesign Coordinator(Data Center/ Aerospace), we'll count on you to:
Advanced knowledge of the Revit software mandatoryEvaluate, select and apply architectural techniques, procedures and modifications to architectural construction documentsPerform architectural assignments with only general instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager regarding the expected resultsMay work directly with owners/clients to select and recommend proceduresAssist Project Architects, other Architectural Project Coordinators or Technicians as needed, and take responsibility for work in all phases of the architectural processParticipate in work sessions at virtually and project site in conjunction with Project Manager and other disciplinesReview architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplinesWrite and edit architectural specificationsCoordinate with and assist affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs, CPRs and change ordersIncorporate agreed-upon changes into project documentsProvide construction contract administration as neededAdept at maintaining project schedule and flexibility with frequent owner scope changesMaintains deliveries on a fast-paced schedule" with on time delivery success.Perform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications
Revit experience is a mustExperience and/or interest in the areas of data centers, semiconductor, aerospace and industrial facility design –Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desiredKnowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and 3-D Studio Max#LI-KJ1
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field A minimum of 5 years professional or internship experience preparing details, specifications and construction documents Must possess credentials to obtain future registration Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) Desire to pursue growth opportunities and eventually obtain registration Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process Demonstrated graphic presentation skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We Believe
