**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Deployment Engineer** to join our team in **Chantilly, VA.** This is an **onsite** position. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Configuration and installation of remote customer networks and Site surveys + Gathering customer requirements + Placing circuit orders + Interfacing with the customer throughout the deployment process + Create and implement router and switch Configurations + Create and maintain Visio network diagrams + Troubleshoot technical issues during deployments + Provide recommendations to enhance and improve the network and performance + Provide system wide engineering support for network conflicts, troubleshooting, and resolution + Up to 50% travel Conus and infrequent 5-10% OCONUS **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering or related field and a minimum of 4+ years of related deployment experience; an additional 4 years of related experience may be substituted for a degree. + DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification: CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Sec+, CND or SSCP + Ability to obtain a Computing Environment Certification within 6 months of hire + Hands-on network and CISCO background + Valid US Passport and Driver's License required **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with Customers Systems + Advanced knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP **Clearance Requirements:** + US Citizenship required and an Active Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the past 6 years + Candidate must be open to Poly if selected by the customer **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. + Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. + Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet. + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. + Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
