Description:

Contribute to supply chain excellence and customer successDevelop and manage credible demand signals in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customersCreate and maintain accurate 18–24 month rolling demand forecastsLead and manage the monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to align commercial strategies with operational capabilitiesAnalyze historical data, market trends, and customer insights to optimize inventory levels while maintaining high service levelsEngage regularly with commercial teams and customers to build effective partnerships and improve forecast accuracyDrive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and outcomesSupport new product introductions and manage product lifecycle transitionsProvide critical insights to support strategic business decisionsImplement process improvements, support team members, and contribute to operational excellence initiatives

Requirements:

Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chainPreferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or Business AdministrationAPICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferredStrong proficiency in statistical forecasting methodologies and SIOP/IBP processesExperience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagementExperience with demand planning software (Demantra, Kinaxis, or similar tools)Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and reducing biasStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesExperience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferredKnowledge of Power BI and Salesforce.com preferredAbility to travel up to 25% as requiredStrong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing processesDemonstrated leadership abilities and mentoring skillsExperience facilitating meetings and driving consensus across stakeholder groups
