Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Lead the successful delivery of complex AI and data analytics projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with product managers, solution designers, and customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, business systems analysts, and testers Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

Ensure adherence to both waterfall and agile methodologies as appropriate for each project.

Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

Drive process improvements and best practices across the delivery organization.

Oversee the design and implementation of organizational structures to support project delivery

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively

Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders

Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, AI, ML, Gen AI, Agentic.

Contribute to the company's thought leadership in AI and data analytics solution.

Key experience:

Minimum 15+ years of experience in project/program management, of which 5+ yrs of exp should be in end-to-end delivery management and 2+ years with focus on leading Gen AI deliveries to production and operationalized new capabilities / patterns.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale tech projects.

Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML technologies and their applications.

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS services.

Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize organizational structures and processes.

Experience in stakeholder management at all levels.

Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and delivery.

Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) highly desirable

Relevant certifications in data analytics, AI, or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus
