SENIOR DELIVERY LEAD (IT Project Manager IV)

Our financial services client is hiring a Senior Delivery Lead to drive Agile execution across business-critical initiatives. You'll partner with product owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to manage delivery from roadmap through release, with a focus on scalable solutions, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
**Job Title:** Senior Delivery Lead
**Location:** Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate with business SMEs to capture and refine functional requirements
+ Prioritize and manage user stories in JIRA across sprints, epics, and releases
+ Support PI planning and capacity forecasting across Agile teams
+ Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery cadence across multiple workstreams
+ Review system workflows and suggest enhancements to increase operational efficiency
+ Partner with developers, QA, and business units to ensure delivery meets scope and expectations
+ Provide regular updates to leadership and manage cross-team dependencies
**Required Skills**
+ 5+ years of Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe, TDD, CI/CD, etc.)
+ Proficient in JIRA, with experience managing epics, stories, and PI planning
+ Solid understanding of relational databases and moderate SQL skills
+ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
+ Experience translating business needs into executable technical stories
+ PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus
