Should you join our GM business, you will get to know our customers and design reliable solutions that best meet their needs. You will focus Interest Rates Trading, market making of EFBN/HKGB, managing the risk arisen from the portfolio in order to meet the demand of customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Dealer III, Interest Rate Trading.

Principal responsibilities

· Market make and manage the firm's Hong Kong Exchange Fund Bill and Hong Kong Government Bond inventory under supervision and as assigned in compliance with all applicable regulation

· Manage the firm's inventory and trading risk related to interest rate products including but not limited to fixed income and interest rate derivatives under supervision and as assigned in compliance with all applicable regulation

· Effectively maintain various risk positions and manage within position limits, providing liquidity and trade ideas to clients while trading within set limits to help the trading team achieve a given revenue target

· Ensure correct ticket entry and order routing, maintain communication with sales desk and assist in resolving any settlement problems, ensure ticket entry completion and provides general trading activity support, as necessary

· Provide consistent pricing and market making to sales force and target clients

· Execute firm and customers' trades in accordance with desk Volcker designation and may contribute to the formulation of trading strategies

· Ensure all trades are booked to front office position keeping system on the day they are executed

· Reconcile daily and/or monthly reports, as assigned
