Lead the design of ETL/ELT frameworks and streaming pipelines to handle structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.

Ensure feature store integration and ML-ready data provisioning for model training, validation, and deployment.

Oversee data governance, lineage, and security controls aligned with compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).

Collaborate with BI teams, data scientists, and application developers to align architecture with reporting, analytics, and machine learning objectives.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and ETL developers.

Partner with project managers and leadership to create architecture roadmaps and support Agile delivery cycles.
