Please note: This role is contingent upon a contract award. While it is not an immediate opening, we are actively conducting interviews and extending offers in anticipation of the award.

We are seeking a Senior Data Visualization Specialist with deep expertise in transforming fragmented, outdated reporting environments into cohesive, user-friendly, and insight-driven experiences. This role is central to a high-impact digital modernization initiative supporting public safety, regulatory improvement, and program effectiveness through advanced analytics and AI/ML integration.

This is not just a dashboarding role. It requires strategic thinking, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and a deep understanding of human-centered design principles, report lifecycle management, and enterprise reporting architecture.

You'll collaborate within a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, analysts, and designers to translate data into easily consumable insights and help clients evolve from pre-existing BI solutions to "what’s next" capabilities.

If you’re equal parts analytical thinker and creative storyteller, and you thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments, we want to hear from you.

Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, impactful dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker

Educate clients and internal teams on best practices for data visualization, layout, interactivity, and self-service analytics

5+ years of experience designing and delivering dashboards and visual analytics solutions using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Looker

5+ years of experience using SQL to query, transform, and analyze data from relational databases or cloud-based data warehouses

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) preferred

Employment must be compliant with eligibility for Public Trust Clearance due to Government Contract.

What We Would Like You To Bring With You:

Experience creating semantic layers and enterprise-level reporting frameworks that support scalable self-service reporting.

Demonstrated success in consolidating legacy reports or migrating reporting environments to modern BI platforms

Strong portfolio of HCD-aligned dashboards or user-centric reporting systems.

Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and governance in cloud-native environments
