Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** Leadership & Team Management * Lead a team of system engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the team. Operational Support & Maintenance * Oversee Day-2 operations of DS/AI Platforms, including: * Data Discovery & Visualization * Data Integration * Graph Analytics * Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of production systems. * Manage user onboarding/offboarding processes, patch installations, and system administrative tasks. Incident & Change Management * Oversee the handling of Change Requests (CRs) and Service Requests (SRs). * Drive root cause analysis for incidents, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrences. Optimization & Enhancements * Identify and propose process/technology optimizations to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency. * Lead minor enhancements to systems, ensuring they align with business needs and security compliance. Compliance & Security * Ensure systems adhere to relevant regulations (e.g., PDPA, IM8) and internal security policies. * Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance for air-gapped or sensitive systems. **Required technical and professional expertise** Technical Skills: * 7+ years of experience in system engineering, data platforms, or related fields. * Hands-on experience with at least one of these categories of tools: * Data Integration Tools: Informatica, Talend * Visualization Tools: QlikSense, Qlik NPrinting, MicroStrategy * Graph Databases: Neo4j * Strong understanding of on-premise systems. * Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and security best practices. Leadership & Soft Skills: * Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of engineers. * Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with air-gapped or highly secure environments. * Knowledge of AI/ML platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps practices.
