We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Lead Data Scientist & AI Solutions Architect who will play a pivotal role in advancing our AI initiatives for a given data domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in data science, machine learning, and cloud-based AI deployment, matched with technical AI leadership experience and a passion for innovative problem-solving.
You’ll make an impact by:Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, driving strategic AI and data science projects from concept to implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage machine learning and generative AI opportunities that drive business value.Design and architect scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, ensuring robust, reliable, and secure deployments.Develop, maintain, and optimize production-grade machine learning pipelines and APIs, integrating novel AI applications into existing business workflows.Conduct experiments and validation tests for new AI models, focusing on generative AI and bias mitigation strategies.Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating understanding and adoption of AI-driven solutions.Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI technology, machine learning techniques, and industry trends.This is how you'll win us over:
Master’s degree in Physics or Data Science with emphasis on machine learning, particle physics, or cryptography.Minimum of 1-2,5 years of experience in data science and machine learning roles, with a proven track record in leading AI-driven projects.First programming experience with following languages: Python (including pakages: Keras, Tensorflow, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas), SQL, C++, R, and MATLAB.Hands-on experience with at least two cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, or GCP, and familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.Strong data visualization skills, particularly with tools like Power BI, to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.Proven problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to data challenges, with interests in AI technical projects inplemented in e.g Raspberry Pi. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.Execelent communication skills in German and English.Experience in developing GenAI-based tools and modern data analytics platforms.Culturally aware and expirence working with offshore AI experts.Strong understanding of data migration processes.Staticical modeling such as Monte Carlo simulation techniques.You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
