WHO YOU ARE

In your past roles, you’ve gained experience in:

Technical experience: You have a strong foundation in statistics and data transformation, including hands-on experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets, such as transaction- and/or event-level enterprise data. You’re skilled at building, evaluating, and applying models to solve real-world business problems. You are comfortable working in cloud environments and proficient in tools such as Python for data transformation, modeling, and visualization. Consulting skills: You thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with fellow data scientists and business partners to achieve shared goals. You build trust and credibility by listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and delivering insights that resonate with business needs. You’re comfortable participating in client discussions and serving as a trusted advisor. Business impact: You are adept at translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. You communicate results in precise, compelling ways—whether through visualizations, presentations, or written reports—and can quantify and articulate the business impact of your work.

Interested in understanding the nuances of customer behavior Passionate about data, analytics, and ML Like to get nerdy about modern data stacks and analytical tools Fascinated about the possibilities of GenAI in your day-to-day work Value workable solutions over cool new techniques A strategic and creative problem solver Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing requirements Comfortable in the unknown and building alignment towards the known WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Plan and execute a range of analytical studies for clients across industries Design, build, and evaluate models tailored to client needs (e.g., clustering, regression, time series, tree-based algorithms) Work with data engineers to build analytical data models to analyze customer data in new ways Engage in client discussions to probe business requests, clarify needs and translate them into data science solutions Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives that drive client decisions Contribute to internal and client product development Contribute to internal data science knowledge-sharing and best-practice development Work from home with travel to clients and internal company gatherings REQUIRED SKILLS 4+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics Experience in statistical modeling and machine learning methods Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud environments Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative team environments Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders Capable of using PowerPoint to build slides that tell an analytics story to business users Knowledge of and interest in bringing data science solutions into production
