Looking for a candidate with:
Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated professional experience in a relevant data or process automation role.Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is highlyadvantageous.Language: Fluent English communication skills for effective collaboration in our international environment.
Technical Expertise:
Must-Have: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA for developing robust automation solutions.Advantage: Experience with Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation is a significant plus.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?
As a Senior Data Lead, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency and innovation:
Lead Automation Initiatives: Serve as the primary lead and subject matter expert for all automation projects related to product andprice lists across various vehicle lines. You will identify synergies and collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Revenue, and
Digital Marketing teams to optimize processes.End-to-End Project Management: Own automation projects from initial concept to successful implementation, including:Defining clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Developing comprehensive work plans, schedules, resource estimates, and robust process documentation.Proposing innovative solutions and opportunities to inform and support strategic management decisions.Managing the entire project lifecycle, from gathering detailed requirements and aligning with stakeholders (e.g., Pricing, Brand Teams, markets) to supporting user training and ensuring ongoing maintenance.Guaranteeing high-quality implementation by adhering to defined standards, meeting user expectations, and conducting thorough end-user testing.Ensuring business continuity and the seamless, reliable operation of automated systems and macros.Strategic Prioritization: Proactively prioritize automation initiatives based on evolving business requirements and strategic impact.Drive Team Excellence: Lead the team’s process automation efforts, blending strong business understanding with coding expertise.Innovate and Influence: Identify and champion new process automation opportunities, presenting compelling proposals to National
Sales Company (NSC) stakeholders and senior management.Seamless Implementation: Provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for the successful implementation of new automated processes.Measure and Optimize: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure, demonstrate, and report on the
efficiency and value generated by automation.
