Responsibilities
Lead and support strategic and operational planning initiatives across enterprise IT programs.Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.Provide subject matter expertise in at least three of the following domains:Business, information, solution, or technical architectureApplication developmentMiddleware integrationInformation analysisDatabase managementMultitier operations environmentsSupport the development of roadmaps, capability assessments, and modernization strategies.Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable plans and technical solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering).Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in:Strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis.At least three technical disciplines such as architecture, development, middleware, data analysis, or operations in a multitier environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to work across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or Information Systems Management.Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DODAF).Experience supporting federal or large-scale enterprise IT environment.Job ID
