Job Description
We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a cutting-edge platform for data engineering. This platform aims to streamline data engineering processes, enabling users to utilize it without extensive data engineering skills. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data extraction and data pipeline creation, contributing to the development of a high-performance machine for data processing.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and operate data pipelines, ensuring their maintenance and usability.Build and enhance a platform for data engineering practices, moving away from Talend and Redshift.Utilize technologies such as DBT (Data Build Tools) to abstract data pipelines and define input and output models.Collaborate with a team of four, including one architect, to grow the team to approximately ten members.Participate in ML Ops and DataOps activities to optimize data pipeline workflows.Essential Skills10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.Proven experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.Expertise in AWS, Snowflake, Terraform, and GitHub.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with DBT (Data Build Tools) is desirable.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $100.00/hr.
