Our internal audit team is expanding, and we are looking for someone with data and digital skills to integrate data, technology and digital solutions across our department. As a member of our Assurance and Risk Advisory (ARA) department, you will have a crucial role in leveraging your skills to enhance our operations, improve risk management, and provide valuable insights to the organization. Your skills will contribute to taking ARA into the future by supporting the development, implementation, and scaling of digital initiatives that will be integrated throughout the internal audit lifecycle. The Senior Data & Digital Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities and implementing automation, data-driven insights, and process improvements across internal audit projects. This individual should possess a strong digital acumen and effectively apply a digital mindset to internal audit projects and other activities, thereby contributing to the continuous upskilling of the internal audit department. Additionally, having a solid foundation in internal audit principles, methodologies, and practices is a plus.
This hybrid role can be based out of our Mahwah, NJ; Portage, MI or Flower Mound, TX offices. This person will be required in office 1 day a week and have the flexibility to work from home the other days.

What You Will Do
Use analytics and automation tools to efficiently gather, analyze, and interpret datasets, enabling the identification of trends, anomalies, and patterns that enhance the effectiveness and depth of audit procedures.
Design and deliver dynamic dashboards, analytic models, and reports to effectively communicate results and key findings to stakeholders.
Integrate and analyze multiple disparate data sources from a variety of systems.
Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies such as GenAI to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement within audit processes.
Support ongoing enhancement and optimization of the ARA department by supporting activities that align with ARA's data and digital strategy.
Stay up-to-date and proactively share ways of using emerging technologies and applying industry best practices to enhance audit processes.
What You Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, business administration, business analytics, computer science, data science or other relevant information systems degree)
2+ years of professional experience
Experience in database management and coding (e.g., SQL)
Preferred:
Experience creating dashboards using tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms
Digital technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Certification).
AuditBoard experience
$69,100 - $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
