Danfoss is looking for a Senior Data Consultant to join our dynamic “Data, Analytics, and Incubation” team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our cloud transformation journey by designing and implementing data solutions that drive innovation and prepare Danfoss for a data-driven future. Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

Executing data release processes, including cleansing and migration, in compliance with Danfoss data standards. Collaborating with functional process experts and technical teams to ensure smooth data transitions. Developing and optimizing data models to support harmonization and standardization across platforms. Implementing data governance frameworks to ensure a robust and scalable data architecture. Staying current with emerging data technologies and applying them to enhance operations. Supporting scalability by ensuring data solutions are adaptable to future business growth. Driving innovation through the application of advanced data analytics and modeling techniques. Ensuring data quality and integrity across all systems and processes. Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives that leverage data for strategic decision-making. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Background & Skills

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

Master’s Degree or Engineering Degree with strong end-to-end business process knowledge. 7+ years of experience as a SAP consultant or in similar enterprise systems. Deep expertise in SAP-ERP projects, preferably with SAP S/4HANA. Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning master data and its integration with logistics processes. Experience with variant configuration, including characteristics, classes, service orders, and valuation methods. Proficiency in data objects across SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, SM, WM, QM, and FICO. Hands-on experience with SAP data migration tools like BODS, LSMW, and Migration Cockpit. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a global matrix organization and collaborate across diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

Business analytics and intelligence experience. Understanding of IT landscapes including CRM, PLM, ERP, MES, MDG, and GTS. Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and applications.
