The Senior Data Architect will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures across HRIS, Finance, Sales, and Operations domains. This role requires deep technical expertise in data modeling, integration patterns, and cloud-native platforms, while collaborating with engineering and governance teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. You will define architecture standards, optimize pipelines, and ensure compliance with data governance and security frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** **Data Modeling & Architecture** + Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise systems. + Apply Kimball/Inmon methodologies for dimensional and normalized modeling. + Define canonical data models and semantic layers for cross-domain analytics. **Integration & Pipeline Design** + Architect ETL/ELT workflows using tools like dbt, Airflow, Fivetran. + Implement streaming-first patterns with Kafka/Kinesis/Pub/Sub. + Support CDC strategies (Debezium, Schema Registry) for real-time data sync. **Platform & Storage** + Build and optimize data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouse environments (Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse). + Ensure performance tuning for query optimization and cost efficiency in multi-cloud setups. **Governance & Security** + Implement metadata-first architecture for lineage and cataloging. + Align with RBAC/ABAC models, encryption standards (AES-256, TLS 1.3), and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2). + Support multi-tenant isolation and data residency requirements. **Automation & DevOps** + Contribute to DataOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for schema deployment. + Promote API-driven data services and resilient architecture patterns. **Advanced Use Cases** + Enable AI/ML workloads: vector search (FAISS, Pinecone), RAG pipelines, and unstructured data flows. + Support observability: schema contracts, freshness SLAs, anomaly detection. **Qualifications & Experience** **Required:** + 5–7 years in data engineering or data architecture roles. + Strong SQL and proficiency in Python or Scala. + Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). + Solid understanding of data modeling (star schema, normalized models). + Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran). + Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis). + Knowledge of data governance and security principles. **Preferred:** + Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis). + Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools. + Knowledge of data security basics (encryption, access control). + Certifications in cloud or data engineering are a plus. _In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet._ **_Concentrix is an equal opportunity employer._** _We're proudly united as one team, one company, globally. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
