What you will do in this role

Reporting:

Metrics definition: calculation method across Vendors/LocationsData accuracy control across reportsReporting needs & definition, and implementation with the SNOW/BTS/AMZ teamPOC for Operational reporting for all Regions / Internal functions

Data Mining/Data Models:

Extensive Analysis and Benchmarks across Markets (Contact volume Forecasting Advanced Model, Consumer behavior Models, Data Mining)Review of GCC KPI/Target definition based on historical dataEfficiency lever forecast on operational efficiency (cost reduction)

 

Candidate's profile:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in multi-location operational environmentsExcellent command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate across multiple locationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insightsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with strong communication skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyPrior experience managing data from multiple locations or diverse data sources is a plus
