What This Job InvolvesThis role centers on transforming raw operational data from JLL’s Lease Abstraction Enterprise Platform (LEAP) — a business platform that elevates lease abstraction into strategic insights that drive measurable performance improvements. LEAP combines standardized processes, expert talent, advanced technology, and alignment with JLL’s enterprise data strategy to create a scalable service foundation that enables business lines to focus on high-value client activities while ensuring consistent, reliable lease data across the organization.
As a Performance Analyst, you will own the analytics function for the platform, designing comprehensive reporting frameworks that provide visibility into key metrics, trends, and operational health. Your work directly influences decision-making at all levels by translating complex data patterns into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll establish the measurement standards that define success, creating KPIs that align platform performance with business objectives. This position requires both technical proficiency in data analysis tools and the business acumen to understand what metrics matter most to stakeholders. You'll partner closely with operational teams to identify optimization opportunities, then design and implement data-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction. Regular communication with leadership through compelling visualizations and reports ensures platform value is clearly demonstrated, and improvement areas are promptly addressed
