You will use data to tell stories, uncover trends, and drive decisions across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing. You’ll create dashboards, run analyses, and translate insights into clear recommendations that improve user engagement and health outcomes while helping to establish internal AI use cases and guidelines.

·         Collaborate closely with data and analytics engineers to ensure robust, scalable, and well-modeled data sets for reporting and analysis.

·         Develop and standardize reporting frameworks that enable leadership and stakeholders to make evidence-based decisions quickly.

·         Champion data quality and governance by defining trusted metrics, validating new data sources, and documenting analytical logic.

·         Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance, test new acquisition channels, and refine targeting strategies.

·         Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

·         Leverage AI to create compelling stories from data

·         Collaboratively establish internal AI guardrails for ethical use

Requirements:

·         Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with a BI or visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

·         Hands-on experience working with modern data stacks (e.g., Python, Redshift, BigQuery).

·         Comfort working with large, event-driven datasets and user-level behavioral data.

·         Proven ability to design and interpret A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.

·         Strong understanding of marketing analytics concepts — attribution, LTV, CAC, and retention analysis.

·         Excellent communication skills: ability to translate complex analyses into simple, actionable recommendations

·         Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis

·         Experience with AI enhanced platforms (Copilot, AutoML, etc....)

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

·         4–7 years of experience in data & analytics

·         Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

·         4–7 years of experience in analytics, preferably in a clinical, digital health, consumer tech, or SaaS environment.

·         Experience using AI to augment analysis, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement
