Reporting and process specialist will oversee Business Intelligence and will work closely with the Operations Supervisor, Maintenance Director and the IT team to ensure all the dashboards and reports are on place. This role will also look for process improvements for services and on maintenance processes.
The main activities to perform are:
-Create new dashboard.
-Work with the IT team, ensuring all the reports we are reporting are set up.
-Ensure data quality.
-Execute the daily and monthly reports
-Map and improve processes for Clients
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Defining, building and monitor transactional dashboards. Need to review with the operations and billing teams the source of data to deliver information on time and make sure all the IT interphases are built and run properlyIdentify opportunities of improvement, or processes that need an update. Map the process, propose a solution with the teams and implement the solution. And implementing metrics to measure the success of the improvement.Follow up on data accuracy. Build some test cases, data audit and validation.Work with the operational and billing teams to identify gaps and enhancements to the dataWork closely with the rest of the business to create last mile program awarenessEducation and Experience
Degree, preferable Engineering (Industrial or Technological)Desirable to have experience in project management and/or continuous improvement methodologyExperience in developing Business Intelligence Tools.Experience in process tracking, KPI measurement and reporting.Communication skills.Advance english levelWhat’s in it for You
