Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join their team to drive the analysis and integration of core Product data across our enterprise systems. This role will play a critical part in building and optimizing our data warehouse to support seamless data linkage from Front Office through enterprise applications to Back Office systems. The Senior Data Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the creation and maintenance of our Enterprise-Level Product Catalog and will be deeply embedded in the implementation of our new Enterprise Data Management Product Information Management (PIM) system, which will serve our business processes. The pay rate ranges based off years of experience between $55-65/hour.
Key Responsibilities;
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze core Product data within business systems to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Data Warehouse Development: Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse models to enable seamless integration and linkage of Product data across Front Office, enterprise applications, and Back Office systems.
• Enterprise Product Catalog Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility for the successful creation and ongoing management of our Enterprise-Level Product Catalog.
• PIM Implementation: Partner with stakeholders to embed data analytics and modeling into the new Enterprise Data Management PIM system, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Data Integration: Develop and implement strategies to unify disparate data sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability across enterprise systems.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product, IT, and Business teams to define data requirements, resolve data quality issues, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and enhance data governance to support enterprise-wide data initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
o 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
o Proven experience in data warehouse modeling and data integration across enterprise systems.
o Strong expertise in SQL and data management, with hands-on experience in designing and querying complex databases.
o Hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing, analytics, and pipeline development.
o Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis, querying, and manipulation.
o Experience with Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and collaborative data workflows.
o Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
o Experience with data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
o Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Talend, Apache Airflow). o Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and data science techniques for predictive analytics or advanced modeling.
o Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
o Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
o Experience with PIM systems or enterprise product catalog development is highly desirable.
