Summary:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the Data Strategy for Diageo, by delivering foundational structure on MarTech Stack, actionable insights and solutions that enhance the consumer experience and optimize the marketing performance throughout the various touchpoints in the Consumer Journey. You will face a complex context dealing with multiple stakeholders from different countries, so communicate in English is required to be successful in this position. Ideally, you need to have a mix of technical knowledge (CDP, SQL, Python and Power BI) with smart skills (clear communication, project management and timekeeper).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Data Strategy: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute data-driven solutions that align with business objectives and strategies.Project Management: Lead and manage data-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.CDP: Ownership of one of the most critical and on-spot technologies at Diageo. Brief in technical agency that handle its evelopment, while working shoulder-to-shoulder with global Data Strategy Consultancy and local data agency to enhance audience strategy and its activation.Advanced Modeling and Analysis: Develop sophisticated models and algorithms utilizing data from diverse sources such as The Bar, CRM, media, events, and social media, to analyze and forecast consumer trends and behaviors effectively.Dashboard Creation and Reporting: Design and build self-service dashboards and reports to deliver real-time insights and actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns, content, customer segmentation, and personalization efforts.Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to data quality, integrity, and compliance standards throughout the data lifecycle, in line with global data vision and principles.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex data findings and proposed solutions in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, facilitating informed decision-making.Capabilities and Skills:
Relevant experience in data related fields like database, data architecture, MarTech, CDP, Advanced Analytics, data viz or CRM.Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.Strong knowledge of project management.Great English, both for writing and speaking.Experience in data integration, activation, and monetization across channels and platforms such as web, mobile, email, social media, etc.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to innovate and experiment with new data sets and methodologies.Team player, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.How success looks like:
