This individual will play a key role in developing and automating reporting initiatives, analyzing business performance metrics, and collaborating with senior leadership and collaborators to drive innovation, optimization, and growth. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Lead the development of data-driven strategies that directly align with the company’s overarching business goals and long-term vision. + Use data analytics to recommend actionable insights, enabling the business to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics. + Coordinate and lead initiatives to automate reporting systems, with a focus on tools like **Power BI** or similar platforms. + Drive process improvements for reporting automation, enhancing accuracy and efficiency in the dissemination of key business metrics. + Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from manufacturing systems to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key performance indicators to management + Perform root cause analysis on production issues, using data to diagnose bottlenecks and inefficiencies + Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement data-driven process improvements + Monitor production metrics against targets and provide regular performance updates + Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and recommendations **Who You Are:** You maintain a positive attitude despite adversity.
