Senior Data Analyst, BI & Analytics (Tableau)

This is a highly technical, hands-on role, closely connected to business needs. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-demand FMCG environment with multiple global stakeholders and concurrent priorities. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis of discrepancies between datasources • Develop, maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards • Own the technical design and delivery of analytics solutions end-to-end • Partner with business teams to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements • Ensure data quality, governance and performance across BI solutions • Work with large datasets from multiple internal and external sources • Operate in an agile environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously • Collaborate with global teams across different time zones • Drive continuous improvements in BI processes, architecture and visualization Requirements • Solid experience as a Data Analyst • Advanced Tableau expertise (mandatory) • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Background in large organizations, preferably FMCG • Fluent English for meetings with NA teams (US and Canada) • Strong resilience, autonomy and ability to perform under pressure Knowledge of KPIs and scorecards required Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement, explaining complex data concepts to non-technical individuals.
