Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team! In this role you will provide support to MDA's System Security Engineering Directorate (MDA/CEY) in the development of system-level cybersecurity requirements, anti-tamper solutions, and execution of a disciplined systems engineering process to produce System-level technical documents necessary to establish the basis for MDA Program Office subsystem engineering.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide senior-level support evaluating cybersecurity developmental tests and evaluation of results
Support the development of cybersecurity-related risks to Missile Defense System programs
Support the integration of cyber requirements into system designs and into various cyber development and testing events to include tabletop cyber and intelligence exercises
Support the evaluation and effectiveness of cyber capabilities to enhance MDS cybersecurity postures and supports various system engineering working groups and boards
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Master’s degree in a STEM field with a minimum 12 years of experience
Active top secret clearance or the ability to quickly qualify for one
Experience in executing Cybersecurity Vulnerability Testing, Adversarial Cybersecurity Developmental Testing, Cooperative Vulnerability Identification, Adversarial Assessments, Cooperative Vulnerability and Penetration Assessments, and characterizing risks
Experience with blue and red team cybersecurity testing techniques
Knowledge of and experience in test planning and execution and evaluation/analysis of data resulting from test events
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to senior MDA leaders
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Previous MDA experience, particularly MDA systems engineering
Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes
Knowledge of ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missile defense fundamentals
