Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to lead cyber threat intelligence operations for federal government systems. **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:** The Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will lead the development and implementation of cyber threat intelligence processes while providing strategic analysis of cyber threats. Key responsibilities include: + Lead CTI team establishment and operations + Develop and maintain threat intelligence processes + Monitor and analyze cyber threat landscape + Create strategic and tactical intelligence products + Coordinate intelligence collection requirements + Monitor threat actor TTPs and capabilities + Analyze open-source and classified intelligence + Produce threat assessments and briefings + Support operation planning and execution + Develop intelligence indicators + Maintain relationships with intelligent partners + Monitor darknet and threat actor activities **Education and Experience:** **Required:** + 4+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence + Active Top-Secret clearance required + Experience with federal intelligence operations + Background in threat analysis and reporting **Required Skills and Competencies:** + Expert knowledge of cyber threat intelligence + Experience with intelligence collection methods + Strong analytical and research abilities + Proficiency in threat actor analysis + Knowledge of APT and criminal TTPs + Experience with intelligence reporting + Strong technical writing skills + Understanding of OSINT techniques + Expertise in threat assessment + Knowledge of intelligence frameworks + Experience with classified systems + Strong briefing and presentation skills **Desired Skills and Competencies:** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field + Security certifications (e.g. GCTI, GCIH, GCIA, CISSP) + Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework + Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g. Splunk) + Experience with intelligence platforms + Expertise in malware analysis + Experience with threat hunting + Experience with enterprise security tools (e.g. Tenable Nessus, WebInspect, Splunk, and BigFix) + Experience with forensic tools (e.g., Forensic Tool Kit [FTK], Foremost, EnCase) + Background in incident response + Understanding of federal requirements + Experience with intelligence sharing + Knowledge of emerging threats + Language skills relevant to cyber threats + This position may require non-standard hours to support critical intelligence operations and threat monitoring activities. **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
