Overview **Position contingent upon contract award** SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to support government contract requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR). Essential Job Duties Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information. Manage and mentor subordinate personnel. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 12 years’ experience. An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI. DOD Cyber Workforce (DCWF) 461 required certifications: CISSP-ISSEP or CCNA or CCSP or GICSP or GISF or GSEC or Security+ or equivalent / higher. Ensure appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and infrastructure. Respond to computer security breaches and viruses. Provide information to support compliance reporting requirements on cyber posture. Track and report status on security orders and POA&Ms. Perform vulnerability scans and provide reports. Maintain system registrations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks. Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction. Work Environment Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations. Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700 May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.  Working at SOSi All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
