We’re looking for an on-site Senior Customer Service Representative in the logistics / transportation industry based in Calgary, AB.

Our client is a growing logistics company with a strong commitment to reliable service, clear communication, and a collaborative workplace culture. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to help manage customer interactions, support operations, and contribute to high-quality service delivery across their network.

Senior Customer Service Representative responsibilities:

Serve as a senior point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, issues, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently Process orders, bookings, and customer requests with accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate with internal operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and service standards Maintain and update customer records, documentation, and order statuses Communicate with clients, drivers, and teammates by email and phone to facilitate smooth logistics operations Help junior customer-service staff as needed; provide guidance or mentoring if required Support ongoing improvements to customer service processes and reporting

The successful candidate has:

Minimum 5 years of customer-service or client-facing experience (industry experience is a plus, but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — written and verbal Proven reliability, consistent work history, and strong tenure at previous roles High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfort using computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email, CRM or similar systems) Dependability, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude

Compensation and benefits:

The discussed salary range is $55,000 – $65,000 CAD per year depending on experience. Candidates with strong experience and performance expectations may be considered for higher compensation Comprehensive benefits package On-site role based in Calgary, AB with a stable schedule and opportunity for growth
