Senior Customer Service Representative
Description We are recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Representative to support a dynamic call center environment. This role is pivotal in driving team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering growth among team members. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring adherence to call center metrics and performance goals. • Utilize customer service software and tools to monitor and improve team efficiency. • Provide mentorship and training to new hires, supporting their development and integration into the team. • Address escalated service desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. • Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional service within the healthcare industry. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Facilitate team meetings to communicate updates, share insights, and address challenges. Requirements • Bachelor degree in a business related field preferred, open to relevant experience in a call center with senior level experience. • Strong knowledge of call center metrics and their application to team management. • Familiarity with customer service software and tools. • Ability to mentor and train new hires effectively. • Experience with handling service desk tickets and resolving escalated issues. • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and support the team.
