CPC are looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Preston, Lancashire. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve queries, process orders, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams by:

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with care and efficiencyManaging order tracking, invoicing, returns, and discrepanciesSupporting the sales team with quotes, stock queries, and reportingMaintaining accurate records and documentationIdentifying opportunities to improve our processes and customer experienceEnsuring customer complaints are handled fairly, quickly, and effectively.Collaborating with peers and contributing to a positive team environment

As a senior customer service advisor you will also be expected to follow additional duties as follows:

Processing customer returns.Managing credit card and PayPal authorisations.Assessing orders for fraudulent activity.

Our successful candidate will need:

Basic computer skills and a keen eye for detailA proactive attitude and strong communication skills (telephone, online and email)Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a teamA self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and able to work under own initiative.
