Senior Customer Marketing Specialist
This position is based in our Bucharest location. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives across EMEA. As part of a global team, you will develop comprehensive customer marketing project briefs that guide the creation of localized outbound marketing programs for the Solstice Advanced Materials business. You will engage with both AIS and S&D product marketing managers, channel managers and industry marketing managers to lead development and translation of customer marketing assets and marketing campaigns, both for product launches and sustaining horizontal or vertical customer marketing initiatives and will be responsible to support local event execution. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES** + Travel up to 25%. + Develop and execute strategic plans for digital and event-based customer marketing activities, including campaign ideation, planning, deployment and pipeline generation (MGP), while ensuring best practices. + Plan and execute experiential programs at internal and trade events- including tier 1 customer engagements by developing campaign themes, presentations, promoting events, designing impactful booths experiences and post-event communications. + Launch and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns including segmentation, positioning, messaging, creative concepts, campaign books, content strategy, customer journey, asset production, content approval, and campaign deployment in paid, earned shared and owned (PESO) channels to generate marketing generated pipeline (MGP). + Develop New Product Introduction (NPI) plans in accordance with launch requirements. + Plan, execute and optimize customer nurture campaigns that engage prospects throughout the buyer journey, increase conversion rates and support overall pipeline growth. + Create and deliver sales enablement materials that empower the sales team to engage customers effectively and drive revenue across the business. + Partner with business leads, offering management, sales excellence and external agencies to implement integrated programs surrounding key solutions, products and services. + Drive the transformation to a digital-first marketing approach with a key emphasis on web, marketing automation, digital content marketing and demand generation. + Utilize data to support overall marketing strategies including ROI, campaign effectiveness, marketing channel optimization and customer insight mining. + Leverage data and analysis to assess the impact and performance of marketing tactics and conduct A/B testing to identify best practices. + Manage and execute customer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns, events and programs to maximize impact and ROI. **MUST HAVE:** + Minimum of five years’ working experience with customer marketing programs in B2B. + Proficiency in Microsoft 365. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Outstanding project management skills. + Strong English skills (written and verbal). **WE VALUE:** + A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management or a related field. + Experience with digital campaigns, tracking metrics and analyzing results to make qualified recommendations. + Corporate and agency leadership experience. + Excellent business writing and editing skills. + Outstanding organizational and project planning skills. + Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and across global cultures. + Proven experience in project management, coordination and collaboration. + Results oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau.
