About the Role
The Customer Marketing team partners closely with our key account, sales, and brand teams to align customer, shopper, and guest needs with brand strategy. In this role, you’ll be at the center of the business, working with both internal and external partners to provide the insights, growth drivers, and tools needed for outstanding execution of Diageo’s commercial plan.
Your efforts will help shift consumer and shopper behavior to drive financial growth and market share. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate strategic leadership in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Top Accountabilities
Lead and develop a team of Customer Marketing ManagersBuild the activation plans around the shopper marketing activities by channel, by programme, and activity, feeding into the one commercial planOversee brilliant activation of the commercial calendar partnering customers, supply, and agencies to build a world class activation machine for the managed part of the business: RTD and Non-AlcLead the perfect delivery of all assets and tools to deliver great activation for key brands and customers.Understand customer needs by channel to pin-point the activation priorities that deliver the greatest impact on shopper behaviourAbout You
7+ years’ experience in a commercial role in the FMCG businessA history of working across media, digital, experiential, PR, culture, social and with external agenciesExperience of working with and leading a team, whether directly or indirectlyPassion for creating experiences for customers and consumersProblem solver and teammate who can deal with ambiguity and adapt quicklyAnalytical skills, decision making based on data and insightsFluent in German and EnglishOur offer
