Senior Customer Experience Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated SPE-Policy Servicing professional with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and a background in Life Policy owner service is a plus. This role requires excellent English language skills and is based in our office during day shifts. No travel is required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and process policy servicing requests efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with team members to streamline policy servicing operations and improve workflow.
+ Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation of policy transactions.
+ Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
+ Analyze policy data to identify trends and provide insights for process improvements.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all servicing activities.
+ Support the development and implementation of new policy servicing procedures.
+ Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless policy servicing operations.
+ Monitor and report on policy servicing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
+ Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and share best practices.
+ Contribute to the companys mission by delivering exceptional service that enhances customer loyalty.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**
+ Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to perform daily tasks efficiently.
+ Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken to interact with clients and colleagues.
+ Possess a background in Life Policy owner service which is advantageous for understanding client needs.
+ Show attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy data and documentation.
+ Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve policy servicing issues effectively.
**Certifications Required**
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
