Summary:

Security & Compliance/Messaging Customer Engineer Purview Security and Compliance primary skills (Data Loss Prevention, Records Management, Data Lifecycle Management, eDiscovery, Defender for Office 365) with secondary skill focused on Exchange on-prem/online.

Immediate opportunities for Purview and Defender skill sets as related to Messaging technologies (CE). In this role you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000. You will be a trusted advisor, responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Security services for diverse client environments ensuring customer satisfaction. You will help them stabilized developed solution areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting.

You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.

Set an example of excellence as a Microsoft representative, enhancing the company's image and reputation through your credibility, preparation, commitment, and first-class delivery.

Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic on-going customer relationships, gain trust and respect for the company.

Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.

Enjoys teamwork, and actively contributes to their peer group as well as our customer account teams.

Communicate at all levels from CIO to the technical staff on the ground.

Qualifications: Soft Skills:

Experience in the enterprise customer arena

Technical Skills:

Purview - especially as it relates to email, other workloads a plus

Ability to lead the implementation and management of Microsoft Purview solutions to ensure data governance and compliance across the organization.

Purview – DLP (Endpoint DLP is a plus but not required).

Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information and maintain regulatory compliance.

This includes setting up and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to prevent unauthorized sharing of sensitive data both within and outside the organization.

Purview – Retention policies and labels.

Proficient in leading an organization to plan for and set up retention policies for their organization.

This involves creating and managing retention labels and policies to ensure that data is retained for the appropriate duration to meet legal, regulatory, and business requirements.

Purview – Sensitivity Labels. Assist organizations with implementing and managing sensitivity labels to classify and protect data based on its sensitivity.

Purview – eDiscovery & Audit. Knowledgeable in utilizing eDiscovery and audit capabilities to identify, hold, and export content found in mailboxes and sites using KQL and Purview eDiscovery standard and premium capabilities.

Purview – These are pluses but not required:

Insider Risk Management, Information Barriers, Communications Compliance Defender for O365/Exchange Online Protection

– Ability to lead customers with planning for and configuring email hygiene policies, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, advanced hunting a plus Exchange Online

– Administration and governance of Exchange Online, migrations from on-Premises to online, complex mail routing configurations where MX points to EOP or third party gateway or using centralized mail routing.

Exchange On-prem

– Moving from older to newer versions of Exchange, hybrid configuration Tools:

Purview portal for data classification, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Retention Polices, eDiscovery Standard and Premium, Audit Logs, Defender Email & Collaboration threat policies,

Threat Explorer, Quarantine, Exchange Admin Center Scripting

- Exchange Online Powershell scripting, Basic Microsoft Graph PowerShell

Required Experience: 5+ years’ experience in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, technology management

Self-reliant and strong team player, working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly

Proven track record in implementing and managing Microsoft Purview solutions.

Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies.

Deep understanding of the Microsoft Purview and Security stacks focusing on DLP policies, Sensitivity labels, Retention policies, eDiscovery, Audit, Defender for Office 365

Experience in administering, managing and supporting Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid environments.

Understanding of basic Exchange server architecture 2016\\2019 especially Mail Flow, Mailbox Policies, Compliance and Reporting.

Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management.

Experience with Exchange mailbox migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.

Deep understanding in SMTP and complex mail routing scenarios Experience with Microsoft Graph and Exchange PowerShell scripting

Identity related requirements: Understanding of Active Directory architecture 2008\\2016 Experience with Microsoft Entra Identity management

At Concentrix, we provide customer experience solutions that may involve handling sensitive data.  As part of our hiring process, all candidates must undergo a background check in accordance with applicable law, which will include identity verification and employment eligibility.

The base salary range for this position is $109,749 -$164,623 USD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
