The Position
As our Senior Customer Engagement Lead, you will primarily:
Support regional teams through cross-functional collaboration to develop educational plans as part of regional (triangle) strategies, connecting physical events with digital touchpoints to enhance customer engagement. Develop and drive scalable education initiatives by rolling out education concepts in regions and supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) to extend customer engagement before and after sales calls/events. Lead educational events aimed at increasing customer knowledge and improving patient outcomes.Host insights meetings with frontline teams to drive actionable outputs from CX surveys, RTE engagement, consent collection, follow-up bookings, and more
While for this role you can be located anywhere in Sweden, mobility across the country for conferences and events is expected, depending on business need – this travel activity will constitute ca. 35-40% of the role.
Qualifications
We’re searching for driven, commercially-minded team players with following qualifications:
• Degree within a relevant field such as Life Science, marketing or equivalent
• At least a few years’ experience from the pharmaceutical industry within sales, medical or marketing positions
• Profound insight to the health care system in Sweden and solid understanding of therapy areas and customers; experience within the cardiometabolic field will be considered a plus.
• Preferable experience and understanding of all traditional and non-traditional consumer marketing channels
• Preferable experience in multichannel/digital customer engagement at local level in pharmaceutical industry (or as service provider to the industry)
• Some experience with educational events
• Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Willingness to travel across the country.
