Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

To provide internal clients advice and guidance to satisfy the Bank’s know your customer (KYC) due diligence policies and procedures during complex client onboardings and ongoing reviewsProblem solving and providing solutions to internal clients to ensure that account openings and ongoing reviews are completed in a timely manner to ensure a positive client experience while protecting the bankProject manage the end-to-end onboardings for ultra-high net worth clients, providing a best-in-class client onboarding experienceAssist with policy and procedural implementation and trainings where requiredAssist with process improvements for client lifecycle management related projects or projects involving the client lifecycle management (CLM) teamAssists with other tasks as required

Strong working knowledge of anti-money laundering, regulations and regulatory compliance within the banking and financial services industrySolid problem-solving ability and ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise where requiredStrong teamwork initiative and ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and managementProficient writing skills for governance papers and reportsMinimum of a bachelor's degree or aboveStrong English fluency and written skills needed for report writing and comprehension of source of wealth narratives, other additional language comprehension would be an added advantage due to the global nature of clients
