Senior Customer Advocate, Oshkosh S-Series

The Senior Customer Advocate delivers an exceptional customer experience by resolving field issues, managing service inquiries, and representing customer interests across the organization. This role works closely with engineering, service, and cross-functional teams to provide technical support throughout the lifecycle of the S-Series Front Discharge Mixer, fostering long-term customer loyalty through outstanding service.

                                                                                                     

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:

Receive and process service complaints and inquiries; analyze issues, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions.Provide troubleshooting support and parts assistance for S-Series Front Discharge Mixers while staying current with new products and offerings.Own service and parts issues by coordinating across departments to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Prepare and present information for meetings, training sessions, and customer events; coordinate logistics and supporting materials.Collaborate with peers and internal partners including GPSC, Product Training, Sales, Service Managers, Quality, Production, and Engineering.Develop and manage technical service documents such as service bulletins, parts information, and safety campaigns.Support sales and marketing goals through intentional communication that strengthens customer relationships and enhances the customer experience.Monitor aftermarket performance by tracking back-order parts, service and safety bulletins, and producing reports as needed.Provide leadership by training team members, coordinating meetings, mentoring peers, and guiding problem-solving efforts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and five (5) or more years of relevant experience in manufacturing, customer service, or construction OR eleven (11) or more years of relevant experienceAbility to travel up to 10% of timeAbility to read and apply engineering prints, manuals (parts and service), and schematics (electric, pneumatic, & hydraulic)

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

Previous leadership or project management experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong interpersonal and active listening skillsAbility to apply practical problem-solving in complex situationsFamiliarity with aftermarket offerings (Parts, Service, and Programs), ideally within the S-Series product line

Pay Range:

$72,200.00 - $116,200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
