We're looking for an experienced Senior Customer Advocacy Manager, APJ to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director Customer Advocacy, you'll be responsible for:
+ Partnering with customer champions to capture their success story via case studies, video testimonials, press releases, media and analyst activities and blogs
+ Growing Zscaler’s customer advocacy program in APJ to drive community, success and advocacy within our existing customer base
+ Surfacing Valuable Customer Insights: Track, maintain, and report on customer advocacy tools and assets, ensuring that these insights are accessible and actionable for the broader organization
+ Working closely with relevant teams to identify and nurture a pipeline of customers aligned with key focus areas for reference activities supporting sales and marketing
+ Contributing to customer engagement initiatives and manage related projects aimed at strengthening post-sale relationships and driving future revenue
**What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)**
+ Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience – advocacy, marketing, customer success, program management, public relations
+ Bachelor's degree in BA required
+ Deep understanding of the sales cycle process
+ Willingness to travel up to 10%
**What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**
+ Security industry experience is preferred
+ Experience with Reference View/Upland RO a plus
