Siemens Financial Services GmbH will establish a Shared Service Center (SSC) in Warsaw. As a Senior Customer Account Associate within our SSC, you will be responsible for managing complex customer payment processes across multiple European markets. This role requires a strong understanding of international banking procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across borders with internal teams and external partners. This role involves process optimization, i.e. supporting the team lead to identify areas for future process improvement in order to achieve productivity increases.
You'll create impact by: Accurately allocating incoming payments to open invoices across various European entitiesInvestigating and resolving unallocated cash by liaising with customers and business partners in different countriesManaging and processing customer refunds in compliance with local regulations and internal policiesEnsuring timely and accurate recording of all incoming payments and efficiently resolving discrepanciesPreparing and executing domestic and international bank transfers in multiple currenciesMonitoring and topping up company bank accounts across European jurisdictionsSubmitting payment lists for approval and ensuring timely execution via electronic banking platformsSupervising rejected transfers and ensuring prompt resolutionGenerating and verifying daily reports on payment order statusesProviding transfer confirmations to internal stakeholders and external contractorsCommunicating with European banking partners regarding payment issues and corporate card transactionsDriving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting system enhancements (specification and testing)
