Overall Purpose: To strategically oversee and optimize external vendor call center relationships to drive contracted performance management results, enhance sales performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Vendor Relationship Management: Manage and optimize relationships with large complex vendor call centers.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report vendor performance metrics; address issues proactively.
• Quality Assurance and Operational Efficiency: Implement procedures to ensure service quality and alignment with company policies.
• Strategic Alignment and Feedback: Align vendor activities with sales strategy; provide ongoing feedback and adjust tactics.
• Team Development and Communication: Facilitate team development; maintain long-term vendor relationships and lead communication on forecasts.
Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages mid-size to large, complex sales with moderate supervision. Responsible for an average quota or territory. Utilizes advanced data analysis, creative problem-solving, and exercises judgment. Leads presentations and mentors less experienced peers. If the sales career path includes multiple positions at the I09 level, the more senior role entails higher sales targets, broader scope, and greater complexity.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of sales related experience. Bi-lingual required.
