Oversee the credit control team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage high-value customer accounts and complex collections. Analyze customer credit risk and make recommendations on credit limits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payment. Prepare regular reports on credit control performance and debt recovery. Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and address customer queries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in credit control, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
