We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Commercial creative team. In this role you will:
• Provide direction and constructive feedback through clear tactical recommendations for creative design and layout.
• Research, strategize, and formulate creative approaches and themes for multi-level global campaign initiatives.
• Partner with the demand generation team to facilitate campaign kickoffs with various stakeholders for global and regional campaigns and tradeshow planning.
• Communicate, present, and action feedback on creative concepts to core global campaign teams using an in-house agency approach.
• Evaluate campaign requirements and team capabilities to determine whether overarching design strategy should be outsourced to a partnering agency or handled by the in-house team.
• Coordinate design strategy, design elements and asset needs for digital campaigns and key strategic creative initiatives.
• Liaise with external advertising agencies to ensure the overall creative direction is aligned with the brand, campaign goals and effectively communicated to the internal team for execution.
• Utilize project management tool to review projects and proofs, and timelines and ensure successful management of all creative projects.
• Ensure alignment of creative content with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company brand standards.
A successful candidate will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Creative Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing a creative team
• Proven ability to work with advertising agencies, effectively communicating goals, deadlines, and project requirements to ensure seamless execution by the internal team.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic and brand-aligned design.
• Fluency in both digital and traditional marketing media/channels.
• Ability to present business recommendations and provide rationale.
• Experience with project management systems like Workfront, Monday.com, Jira, or Asana, Adobe Creative Cloud CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Self-motivation and ability to pivot as a team player.
• Familiarity with contract management and creative agreements.
