Our Legal Team takes responsibility for developing and safeguarding our company's global legal strategy. We provide day-to-day legal support on various legal topics. We partner with the business to provide advice and guidance to ensure the protection.

As a Legal Counsel you will provide critical support for the commercial success of the business,
 Provide legal support for supply chain operations, including drafting and negotiating supply, procurement, and vendor agreements.

Advise on customer-facing contracts and commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian legal frameworks.Lead legal efforts related to corporate governance, including board and shareholder matters, entity management, and internal policies.Collaborate with Product Company Counsel to support product line legal needs.Lead or support negotiations with suppliers and customers, including complex and innovative deal structures.MNA structures and agreements.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements.Provide legal guidance on labor and employment matters and dispute resolution.Stay current with legal developments in Saudi Arabia and ensure business practices remain compliant with local regulations and corporate governance standards.

To be successful in this role you should have the following:

Have a Bachelor of Law (LL.B), JD, or equivalent from an accredited institution; advanced legal qualifications (e.g., LLM) are preferred.Have a minimum of 7+ years of legal experience, ideally with a mix of international law firm and in-house corporate experience.Have a strong expertise in Saudi Arabian laws and regulations, especially in areas like contract law, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.Experience in the oil and gas sector or a multinational corporate environment is highly valued.Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex agreements, particularly supply and commercial contracts.Have a strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to navigate regulatory environments and engage with government entities when needed.
