Roles and Responsibilities
Manage matters and legal strategy for government / regulatory investigations and internal investigations globally (with a focus on the Middle East, Africa, and Europe) that could raise legal, financial, or reputational risk for the company.Engage with internal stakeholders across different functions and businesses as well as external stakeholders, including government agencies and regulators. Drive process standardization and efficiencies in matter management, reporting, budgeting, oversight of outside counsel, and digital forensic / e-discovery processes.Identify emerging issues, trends, and risk, and partner closely with Compliance leaders and functional and business stakeholders to (i) highlight emerging issues and trends, (ii) define process improvements, and (iii) help with training and messaging initiatives.Provide regular case updates to the team as well as business leaders and key stakeholders through template-based and data-driven reporting. Partner with the Ethics & Compliance leaders to identify trends in cases, outcomes, root causes, etc., provide relevant data and reports, and ensure relevant business teams are informed, aligned, and able to take appropriate and timely corrective action.Support and deliver training on investigative techniques, compliance topics, and legal and regulatory issues. Leverage both internal and external expertise.Ensure all investigations are conducted in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and policy requirements, particularly those related to labor laws, information security, and privacy.Required Qualifications

The base pay range for this position is $176,000.00 - 250,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
