In this role you will get to support all the Project Cost duties for the Road Sector. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis from a Budget/Forecast perspective of the all projects under the Road Sector. + Reviewing all PRISM reporting for accuracy + Supporting the Sector team in Annual Budget development and periodic cash flow curves. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + A comprehensive understanding of budget and forecasting procedures. + A comprehensive understanding of industry KPIs + A comprehensive understanding of trending and cash flows. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Leadership and Managerial Skills + Motivated Team Player + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:** Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience) and typically **15+ years of related experience** , as well as some experience in a managerial capacity. **SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:** Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field. Proficient PC skills including a proficiency Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity, as well as thorough knowledge of industry practices is required. Incumbent must meet Parsons Project Controls Manager Certification requirements.
